Shipping, Exchanges + Returns

SHIPPING

We ship UPS Ground mail. Your order should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the location and the time of year. Once your order has left our facility, it cannot be refunded, rerouted or canceled. We will have to wait for your package to be returned to the sender to take further action. :) 

FREE LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY

We offer free local pick up to the Alexandria surrounding area Monday-Friday. Our FREE local delivery is available on Mondays and Wednesdays after 5pm. Delivery is only available within 20 miles of Alexandria MN. :) 

RETURNS

At Emerald & Pine, we hope you love your pieces  just as much as we do! However, we know sometimes things  don't work out and a return is more beneficial for you. This way, you get to have something you 1000% LOVE! To ensure an easy return, please follow these guidelines: 

- all sale items are final 

- any items purchased must be returned within 15 days of receiving the item(s).

- items must be unworn, unwashed + have the tags still attached. 

- as a receipt is not necessary, the order number is! You can find this on your packing slip or in your confirmation email.

- shipping cost is non-refundable 

- Emerald & Pine does not cover return shipping costs. 

EXCHANGES

Due to our ever-changing style selections, we cannot offer exchanges. The simplest way to ensure you get an item you LOVE, is to start a return and make an entirely new purchase. :)
